1.      1/2 cup  1-2 % low-fat cottage cheese with 1/4 cup mixed seasonal berries 

2.  1 cup raw string beans , 1/2 cup baby carrots , with 1/4 cup salsa 

3. 1 large hard-boiled egg 

4.  3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt topped with 1/3 cup raspberries 

5. 10 rice crackers with 1/4 cup salsa
